Risdon, Oliver Ambrose.
Biographical note: Photographer; Oliver Risdon learned photography in Silver City, New Mexico at the turn of the century. He moved to Clifton about 1900, and by 1907, had established photography studios in Clifton and Metcalf, and later also had a studio in Safford, Arizona. From 1921 to 1925, he lived in Los Angeles before returning to Clifton permanently. He sold the studio to Frank Gabusi in 1940 and died soon after.
