Desnoyer Park School (Saint Paul, Minn.).

Desnoyer Park Elementary School, located at 497 Pelham Boulevard, was erected in 1924. It was named for Stephen Desnoyer, the first white settler and landowner in the St. Paul Midway area. A three room school, it was built as a temporary, portable facility, but remained in service until 1974. In 1976, the city erected a community recreation center on the school's site.
