Cady, John F. (John Frank), 1901-1996
Variant namesJohn Frank Cady (JFC) was a professor in the Department of History at Ohio University from 1949 until his retirement in 1973. Prior to that, he was a research analyst for Southeast Asia with the Office of Strategic Services during World War II. From 1945 to 1949, JFC worked for the State Department, assigned to the newly formed consulate in Burma. JFC was an internationally recognized authority on Southeast Asian Affairs.
