Georgia Soldier Roster Commission
Variant namesThe Georgia Soldier Roster Commission was created in 1903 to compile rosters of Confederate units from Georgia. The rosters helped to determine an applicant's qualifications for a Confederate pension from the state of Georgia. The commission was abolished in 1961.
