Popper, Hermine Isaacs, 1915-1968.
Editor, critic, and short story writer, (Radcliffe College, B.A., 1936), Popper was managing editor and then associate editor and film critic for Theatre Arts Magazine (1936-1948). In 1953 she became an assistant editor at Harper and Brothers, but left in 1956 to work at free-lance book editing. Among the authors whose works she edited are Victoria Sackville-West, Constantin Stanislavski, Martin Luther King, Jr., Peter Drucker, and Frank Riessman.
