Elizabeth Kerr was the youngest daughter of Mohawk chief Joseph Brant.
Elizabeth Postuma Simcoe was the wife of John Graves Simcoe who served as the first lieutenant governor of Upper Canada from 1791 to 1796. The Simcoes returned to England in 1796, where Elizabeth died in 1850.
