New Castle Historical Society (Chappaqua, N.Y.)
Greeley (1811-1872) was the editor of the New York TRIBUNE, an abolitionist, and Presidential candidate in 1872. He and his family lived on their farm in Chappaqua, which he bought in 1852-1853, into the 1930s.
