Milton Saul Gwirtzman (b. 1913) was a legislative assistant in the U.S. Senate from 1959 to 1963, and a law partner with Dutton, Gwirtzman, Zumas & Wise in Washington, D.C., from 1964 to 1973. He was Chairman of the Board of Overseas Information Systems in Paris, France from 1970 to 1973. Gwirtzman was Assistant Director of Research for John F. Kennedy's presidential campaign in 1960, and a political consultant and speech writer to Senator Robert Kennedy from 1964 to 1968, and for Governor Jimmy Carter of Georgia in 1976.
