Constance Knowles Eberhardt, Cook 1919-
Lawyer, legislator.
Constance Cook received her B.A. (Class of 1941) and L.L.B. from Cornell University (1943). She was elected to the New York State Assembly in 1962. She was a Republican from the 128th Assembly District (Tompkins, Yates, and part of Seneca County). She held the post of vice president for land grant affairs at Cornell University from 1976-1980.
