Whaling vessel, out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by Frederick Ricketson, on two voyages from 9 July 1832-19 May 1833 and 1 July 1833-8 Mar. 1834 to the Mahe Banks, Madagascar, Crozet, South Atlantic Ocean, and Indian Ocean whaling grounds; owner-agent: Tobey & Ricketson; built at Salem, Mass., 1807; sunk off Charleston, S.C., in 1861.
