Gallegos, Bert A.
Hispanic American leader, lawyer. Helped form the Latin American Education Foundation. First Hispanic to be elected to the Denver (Colo.) School Board as well as the first Hispanic elected to the Colorado State Legislature. Served as General Council, Assistant Director and Director of Office for Economic Opportunity.
