Foster, Eva M.
Eva M. Foster, whose family lived in the University Park neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, traveled to Singapore in 1893, where she served as a Methodist missionary with Sophia Blackmore and Emma E. Ferris. She returned to the United States around 1895. She had at least one brother, Herbert, who later moved to Oakesdale, Washington.
