Beadon, C., Mrs.,
Lear was an English landscape painter who is more widely known as the writer of an original kind of nonsense verse and as the popularizer of the limerick. Lear sent letters and drawings to Mrs. C. Beadon, whose name appears on the front and who apparently compiled the scrapbook.
