Gaynor, Robert M.

Brigadier General Robert M. Gaynor was the intelligence officer for the 110th Regiment, 28th Infantry Division during World War II. He was a major at the time and received a Distinguished Service Cross for gallantry in action on 3 September 1944. After the war he helped charter, and was then the National Adjutant for, the Legion of Valor.
