Happe, Kurt G. (Kurt Gustav), 1920-2003.
Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Kurt G. Happe served as a Signal Corps Officer, Technical Intelligence in the China-Burma-India Theater during World War II. He eventually became Chief of Branch, Military Technical Intelligence, Signal Corps Intelligence Agency before leaving the service.
