Variant namesWalker was born 1819 Nov. 29 to Matthew Patton and Agnes Hope Walker at Madison, Davidson Co., Tenn. He moved to Ala. about 1842, was a lawyer, and served on the Ala. Supreme Court. He married Sarah Ann Nisbet on 1847 Nov. 5, and Clara Nisbet on 1871 June 19. He and his first wife had two children. He died 1872 Apr. 25 at Montgomery, Montgomery Co., Ala.
