Trenholm family.
Prominent family of Charleston, South Carolina. George Alfred Trenholm was a wealthy businessman, financier, South Carolina Representative, and Confederate States Secretary of the Treasury. He married Anna Helen Holmes, and their children included Celestine Robertson Trenholm, who married Derrill H. McCollough in 1874.
