Storrs, Seth, 1756-1837
Variant namesIn Oct. 1796, land on the west side of Otter Creek was transferred from Cornwall, Vt., to Middlebury. The parcels covered by these deeds were all part of that land. Most or all of the property conveyed in the deeds from 1796 and 1797 later became part of the Middlebury College campus. The land conveyed in the deed from 1808 appears to lie on the south side of the present South Main Street near the corner of South Street.
