Dulaney, William H. (William Hedgman), 1819-1905.
William H. Dulaney served as an assistant surgeon in the 9th Georgia Battalion Artillery and as surgeon in the 13th Virginia Battalion, Light Infantry. He was commissioned as a captain in the Confederate States Army. Born in Woodstock, Virginia, Dulaney married Louisa Owen in 1842 in Montgomery County. They resided in Salem and Staffordsville; he died in Peterstown, West Virginia.
