The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) is a youth organization for boys aged 10 to 18 years old that was incorporated in 1910. Throughout the 1920s BSA explored the possibility of creating a program for younger boys, and Cub Scouting was formally launched in 1930. Pack 200 in Worcester, Pennsylvania was founded in 1954.
