Weber H. Arkenburgh (1880-1947) was born in East Orange, N.J. and graduated from Williams College in 1902. Initially he was employed by various railroads in signal maintenance and engineering. From 1916 until his retirement in 1936, he worked for General Electric in Schenectady, N.Y. Arkenburgh was permanent secretary of Williams' Class of 1902 and served as a member of the Garfield Club's Alumni Council from 1938 until his death in 1947.
