From 1867 until 1927 the Pullman's Palace Car Company and Pullman Company issued securities.
For the following twenty years securities were issued by the Pullman Company's corporate parent, Pullman, Inc. After the anti-trust suit forced break-up of Pullman, Inc., the Pullman Company was sold to the railroads in 1947. This new Pullman Company again issued securities. With a capitalization of around 40 million dollars, the firm transferred 731,350 shares of stock to fifty-seven cooperating railroads.
