Northern Pacific and Puget Sound Shore Railroad Company
Incorporated in 1884 under the laws of Washington Territory. The company operated a line from Meeker to Seattle, with brances from Black River to Kennydale and from Woodinville to Kirkland. It was deeded to NP in 1898, then stricken from the records of the state of Washington in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
