Educated in French and German schools and Hillsdale College in Michigan (A.M., 1897, L.H.D., 1900), Mosher was head of the International Dept. of the Y.W.C.A. in Boston (1905-1926), secretary of the International Institute, Boston, and editor of the International Beacon (1926-1961).
