Lincoln Park Conservation Association (Chicago, Ill.).
Established in 1954 by concerned residents and business owners, the LPCA has worked with governmental agencies and private citizens to plan and build an improved neighborhood. Goals include: good housing, improved schools, enhanced commercial and recreational opportunities, community involvement in development proposals, and preservation of historic structures.
