Presbyterian Church of Illiopolis (Ill.)
Organized on 22 Feb 1868 with Rev. Dr. John G. Bergen as officiating minister.
Consisted of 18 charter members who elected as Archibald Maxwell, Samuel Zollinger, & George Johnson as ruling elders, and Milton Dean & John H. Dixon as deacons. Depletion of church membership by death and removal resulted in formal dissolution by the Springfield Presbytery on 15 Apr 1880 with remaining members instructed to join the church in Dawson, Ill.
