Incorporated in 1905 under the laws of the state of Washington, the company purposed to erect and operate terminal grounds, warehouses and other buildings, connecting railway, electrical power fixtures, and street railways, all in the Spokane area. The company operated freight yards, a car barn site, and a passenger depot site--as well as five miles of main line and auxiliary trackage--all in Spokane. All properties, rights, and franchises were conveyed to the Spokane and Inland Empire Railroad Company in November 1906. The corporation was thereafter kept alive until its funded debt was retired.
