Ming family.

Merchant and soldier, Daniel H. Ming came to Arizona in 1872 and worked to supply beef to military posts. He participated with General Crook's forces against the Apaches in the 1870s. He later participated in the Spanish-American War and was a packer and scout during the 1916 Pershing Expedition into Mexico. Marcus A.S. Ming served in the military, including service in Europe during World War I.
