Chestertown House Corporation.

The Chestertown House Corporation was a non-profit organization established in New York State on March 12, 1930. The purpose of the organization was to further benevolent causes, to promote science, literature, art, history, and other departments of knowledge, and to maintain and administer real and personal property for museums. The administrative office was located in New York City and meetings were held at the law offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hope & Webb in Manhattan. The corporation officially dissolved on April 12, 1951.
