Gradwohl, David M., 1934-
Variant namesAnthropology Professor. David Gradwohl is a Professor Emeritus of Anthropology at Iowa State University. He received his B.A. (1955) from the University of Nebraska, completed graduate work (1955-1956) at the University of Edinburgh, and received a Ph. D from Harvard University. Gradwohl has been active as an archaeologist in central Iowa, and has made important finds at digs at Saylorville Lake, Iowa State University and the African-American town of Buxton, Iowa.
