King, W
W King was a friend of the Antarctic explorer Apsley Cherry-Garrard (assistant zoologist, British Antarctic Expedition, 1910-1913 leader Robert Falcon Scott). During the First World War (1914-1918) King served in the 16th Battalion, Royal Fusiliers.
