Foster and Roos (Chisago County, Minn.).
Foster and Roos was a partnership of Thomas Foster and Oscar Roos. On October 11, 1856, the firm dissolved, with David T. Bagley replacing Foster in the partnership. Bagley and Roos logged on the Ground House River in the winter of 1856-1857.
