Buckley, Rebecca H., 1933-
Named the J. Buren Sidbury Professor of Pediatrics in 1979, making her the first female at Duke Medical School to be given a distinguished professorship. Her accomplishments include extensive work with severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID).
