Flores, Viviano,
Tejano music promoter, manager, and agent Viviano Flores, nicknamed "Sonny," was born in Waelder, Texas prior to 1940 and grew up in Donna, Texas. He started his own talent agency, Hispanic Talent Unlimited (now Hispanic Talent Management) in the 1980s.
