William Perry Nebeker (1836-1910) was born on September 5, 1836 in Butler, Ohio, the son of John Nebeker and Lurena Fitzgerald. In 1870 Nebeker married Sarah Ivins McKean (1849-1880). They settled in Laketown, located in the northern part of Utah near Bear Lake.
