The Pittsburg and West Virginia Railway Company organized under the laws of Pennsylvania and West Virginia as a merger of the Pittsburgh and West Virginia Railway Company of Pennsylvania and the Pittsburgh and West Virginia Railway Company of West Virginia in 1916. The Pittsburgh and West Virginia Railway Company is the successor of Wabash Pittsburgh Terminal Railway Company in 1916.
