Boreman, Jacob S.
Jacob S. Boreman, lawyer, legislator, and newspaper editor in Kansas City, Missouri, was appointed Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Utah Territory in 1873. He was the brother of Arthur I. Boreman, senator from West Virginia.
