Park, Linda Sue

Linda Sue Park was born on March 25, 1960 in Urbana, IL. She is a children's book author who has also worked as a food journalist and English as a second language teacher in London. Many of her books call on her Korean heritage and are set in Korea's past. Park's works have one many awards, including the 2002 Newberry Award Medal for her novel A Single Shard .
