Breslow, a screenwriter, began writing in 1929. He specialized in comedy and wrote for many silent and later talking films, including Laurel & Hardy. Breslow wrote several films for the Dionne Quintuplets and co-wrote "Bedtime for Bonzo." He also wrote and directed movie shorts including a series featuring Babe Ruth, and later wrote for television.
