Stetson, Sarah P., Mrs.
Samuel Vaughan was an English merchant in the West Indian trade who was a friend of Benjamin Franklin and the American Revolution. He moved to Philadelphia in 1783 and was vice-president of the American Philosophical Society. He returned to England where he died.
