Great Northern Elevator Company (Superior, Wis.).
The elevator had been built by the Lake Superior and Southwestern Railway Company, which was taken over by the Eastern Railway Company of Minnesota (a GN subsidiary) in 1888, along with the elevator properties. The corporate charter was allowed to expire in 1916.
