McCord, Andrew, 1754?-1808.

Andrew McCord was an intermittant member of the New York State Assembly between 1795 and 1807, and served as Speaker of the Assembly in 1807. He also served as congressional representative from New York from 1803 to 1805. Evans Wharry was also a member of the New York State Assembly from 1800 to 1801 and 1803 to 1805.
