Cohen, Elaine Lustig, 1927-
Variant namesElaine Cohen and Richard Hopkins founded the Oregon Wine Press magazine in 1984. Both actively promoted the wine industry in Oregon through publishing and involvement in organizations such as the Oregon Winegrowers Association, where Hopkins served as director and Cohen as executive secretary. Cohen was also a founder in 1992 of the Oregon chapter of Women for WineSense, and received the Outstanding Service Award from the Oregon Wine Board in 1990.
