Goodheart, Eugene
Eugene Goodheart is a prolific scholar of English literature who taught at University of Chicago, MIT, and Boston University. In 1983 he became the Edytha Macy Gross Professor of Humanities at Brandeis University in the Department of English until his retirement in 2006. He has published over a dozen books of literary criticism, reflections on the humanities, and personal essays.
