Isted, Barbara Percy.

Percy, English clergyman and poet, educated at Oxford and Cambridge. He became chaplain to the King in 1769, and Bishop of Dromore, in Ireland, in 1782. Among other literary works, he was editor of "Ancient Reliques of English Poetry," published in 1765.
