Whaling vessel, out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by Charles P. Seabury, on voyage 10 Sept. 1850-14 July 1851 to the Western, Steen, Brazil Banks, and Anadyr Sea whaling grounds; owner-agent: William O. Brownell; built at Philadelphia, Pa., in 1811; previously a merchant vessel; added to New Bedford's whaling fleet in 1850.
