Biographical Note: Daniel Gordon is an alumnus of The Johns Hopkins University and a Baltimore attorney.

He was born in Baltimore in 1920 and received the B.S. degree from Hopkins in 1940. Along with his legal career, Gordon has pursued other scholarly interests. He received the M.A. degree from the Baltimore Hebrew College in 1974 where he completed his thesis (1974) entitled "The British Reaction to the Persecution of Russian Jewry, 1881-1882." Gordon continued his studies in liberal arts at Hopkins and was awarded the M.L.A. degree in 1991. Daniel Gordon resides in Baltimore.
