Arthur Jehu Stanley (1901-2001) was a veteran of World War I and World War II. He was a county attorney for Wyandotte County, Kansas, from 1935 to 1941, a member of the Kansas State Senate in 1951, and judge of the U.S. District Court of Kansas from 1958 to 1979.
