Cooper, Curtis Victor.
Mr. Cooper (1931-2000), a Savannah native, earned a M.P.H. from University of Michigan. He succeeded W.W. Law as President of the Savannah NAACP in 1976, after being active in the organization for years. He also served as founding director fo the Westside Urban Health Center.
