Born in New Haven, Conn. in 1920, Theodore Antonelli was commissioned in the infantry after graduating from the University of Connecticut in 1941. During his military career he served in World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam. Major assignments were Director of Distribution and Transportation, HQ, USA Materiel Command, 1969-71; Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, HQ, U.S. Army Vietnam, 1971-72; Deputy Commanding General for Logistics Support, HQ, USA Materiel Command, 1972-73; Asst. Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, HQ, DA, 1973-75; and Commandant, Industrial College of the Armed Forces, 1975-78.
